While the head of the FBI Michael Clemens announces that his priority is fighting terrorism Miami terrorists continue to train in that city Jean Guy Allard According to a recent news article from the German news agency DPA in Miami, a group composed of Venezuelans and Cubans announced that they had completed, "the first course in the preparation of soldiers trained in urban warfare". These so called soldiers who are under the command of former Venezuelan National Guard captain Luis García Morales, are being prepared to fight against presidents Hugo Chávez and Fidel Castro. While these terrorist groups train Miami FBI head
Michael Clemens repeats over and over again in the press
that his priority is combating terrorism. It seems
that the terrorists are laughing at the law. Garcia who went into self imposed exile in 2002 to end up in Miami, has proclaimed himself as the "leader" of the Patriotic Junta of Venezuela. This group which has openly called for the use of terrorism has the backing of Rodolfo Frómeta, of the Commando F-4, a known paramilitary group made up of Cuban-Americans who are responsible for terrorist acts inside and outside of Cuba. According to the German news agency, photographs made public by Frómeta and García six commandos are shown during military training in the Everglades - a region close to Miami. In one of the photos Frómeta and García are showing off recently acquired AR-15 assault weapons. Luis García during his training in Miami, the capital of terrorism in America In a communiqué the Patriotic Junta and the Commandos F-4 claim that they have gained
strength, now
having better equipment and better trained personnel.
Both groups announced that in the first week of February
they will start a new campaign to recruit "new
personnel". A long history of terrorist actions The Venezuelan government has denounced Garcia as being the mastermind behind the terrorist plots aimed against government officials. Self proclaimed terrorist Rodolfo Frometa has a long history of terrorism against Cuba originating from Miami. In 1981, for example while he was a member of Alpha 66, he was sent to Cuba to perform terrorist activities in the island. At that time he was caught by the Cuban authorities and sentenced to 10 years in jail. While living in Miami in 1994, his private boat was intercepted by the US Coast Guard in the Gulf of Mexico. At being searched the Coast Guard found 50 weapons, 26 000 bullets and thousands of dollars. At the time Frometa admitted that he was heading to Cuba with some men to perform terrorist acts against the island. Incredible as it may seem, with full knowledge of his terrorist background and his confession, US authorities did not deem necessary to accuse Frometa of any crime. In matter of fact they gave him the green light to continue his terrorist activities. In June of the same year Rodolfo Frometa was once again arrested - this time with veteran terrorist Fausto Merimont of Alpha 66 - as they sought to buy arms, an anti aircraft Stinger missile, 3 anti tank rockets, C-4 explosives and grenade launcher, from an undercover US special agent. Once again impunity was granted to the terrorist as a look the other way judge gave Frometa 41 months in jail. On September 1997 the terrorist was once again free. REUNITED WITH GUILLERMO NOVO SAMPOL Hours after his liberation Frometa was once again planning terrorism with other terrorists, among them Guillermo Novo Sampoll, a vicious terrorist working for the terrorist group CORU. It was the same Sampoll who was the assassin of the Chilean diplomat Orlando Letilier and who was later detained with terrorist leader Luis Posada Carriles and Roberto Martín Pérez - of the Cuban American National Foundation - in Panama. It should be noted that he was pardoned by the corrupt president of Panama Miraya Moscoso last August and that he now once again lives in Miami were he still weaves his plots of terrorism. It should also be mentioned that well known terrorists and accomplices of Frometa, Gaspar Jiménez Escobedo and Pedro Crispín Remón have returned serenely back to their homes with the full permission to carry out terrorism. They have all come back to US territory, without any hindrance by INS or any other authorities such as the FBI and CIA. They are welcomed into the US in spite of their long terrorist records in Miami, their arrest in Panama for terrorism and their repeated declarations in favor of terrorism. EXPERIENCE IN MILITARY ACTION AND IN ESPIONAGE The criminal activities of captain Garcia in that part of the US where terrorists benefit from a policy of total impunity should not surprise anyone as a cable from the Spanish news agency EFE dated September 14, 2002 from Miami, revealed that a former National Guard captain from Venezuela had made known in Miami that he had struck an alliance with a Cuban exile group in Miami. The cable described how the ex-military man from the Venezuelan army, 37 year old Luis García Morales, dressed in his country's National Guard uniform, had declared, in the headquarters of the terrorist group Commando F-4 that his group Patriotic Junta of Venezuela had agreed to coordinate from that moment actions with the terrorist group in Miami. On March 30, 2004 his friends from the Cuban-American-terrorist group Commandos F-4 had boisterously announced that they were going to train all those Venezuelans who opted for belligerency. In an article published by the Wall Street Journal, entitled " Miami's Little Havana Finds New Foe in Venezuelan Leader", there was a claim made by the two groups that they had agreed to unite their military experience and to exchange espionage information as to use them to attack legitimate authorities in Havana and Caracas. The article written by José de Córdoba detailed how, on April 11, 2002, Garcia was among the military who tried to overthrow the constitutional government of Hugo Chávez as they attacked the presidential palace using a rear door. Recently Garcia's group in a heated anti-Chavez round table discussion in Miami presented another military coup conspirator, Major Juan Díaz Castillo. After the press conference, Captain Garcia declared that Major Díaz Castillo flew to Washington to work on a secret mission. A few weeks later well known terrorist Frometa sent President George W Bush a personal letter. The letter dated May 9th and signed by the directors of Commandos F-4, Rodolfo Frómeta and Teresa Díaz de Frómeta, congratulated the president for, "the brilliant actions taken by the US troops in Iraq, in which members of Commandos F-4 took part", and for his decision to combat, Sadam Hussein, one of the most cruelest dictators ever. No one in Miami seems to be surprised by the fraternal salutation given by a terrorist to the president of the US. Weeks later in an hour long program on channel 41 in Miami, hosted by Oscar Haza, nephew of the chief of police of Santiago de Cuba during the reign of terror of dictator Fulgencio Batista, Frometa the director of Commando F-4 was invited. In the interview Frometa dressed in military uniform was hysterically declaring that his organization had people inside and outside of Cuba ready to carry out acts of armed aggression against the Cuban government. That the terrorist leader boasted that his group trained with AK-47 weapons and with semi automatic weapons, and that he was promoting the assassination of foreign leaders on television did not seem to bother anybody. It is extremely important to note that on March 27, 2001, in the corrupt trial of the five Cubans arrested by the FBI for infiltrating terrorist groups of Miami, Rodolfo Frometa without the least of worries, detailed: his military training with Alpha 66 and Commandos F-4, as well, as the arsenal of weapons and explosives possessed by them, and least of all the armed incursions against Cuba - terrorism against the island and it's people. Incredible as it may seem the confessions of terrorist activities did not provoke any reaction on the part of the chief of the FBI, of Southern Florida, Héctor Pesquera; being a corrupt official in the pockets of the Miami mafia he sided with them in the political trial of the Cuban Five. Not even the prosecutors raised an eyebrow when they heard Frometa describe his terrorist and criminal acts in court. The last declarations of Frometa and Garcia occurred while the terrorist assassination of Attorney General of Venezuela, Danilo Anderson was being made. All evidence in the assassination of Anderson point to Miami, where the plot originated and where a large sum of the money given to the assassins remained; a large amount of money was paid to Venezuelan Jose Guevara and to two of his accomplices; all who are presently in the US. It should be noted that in June of 2001, that anti Chavez, Jose Guevara along with his cousin Oto Daniel Guevara kidnapped and blackmailed ex-chief of intelligence of Peru, Vladimiro Montesinos while in Caracas. He was arrested by the FBI only to be set free, as he was mysteriously given the status of witness; a status that gave him the right to live in the US and to keep on conspiring. After the cowardly assassination of Anderson, Venezuelan Minister of Communication and and Information, Andrés Izarra, pointed out in a telephone conversation with the New Herald, an interview with newswoman María Elvira Salazar and Venezuelan actor and TV. host Orlando Urdaneta on channel 22 in Miami in which Urdaneta declares that the only solution for Venezuela is the physical disappearance of the lead dog - referring to the assassination of Chavez. Of course the FBI never bothered to question Urdaneta on this declaration - as it is illegal to incite to kill any head of state. The Minister of Communication also pointed out that the Caracas Daily - Diario de Caracas - had revealed that terrorist capos from the Cuban-American exile had given opponents to the Chavez government resources, experience, strategic support and contacts with US agencies. The article also points out the alliance made by the Patriotic Junta of Venezuela and F-4 of Rodolfo Frómeta. According to Martín Sánchez, director of Venezuelanalysis.com www.venezuelanalysis.com, between 2002 and March of 2004, 27 declarations were made on Miami television and radio calling for the overthrow and the assassination of Chavez. The terrorist group Commandos F-4 have offices located in Miami have a telephones and even have a terrorist web page where they show off their terrorism; let us not forget that they have training base in the Everglades. All of Miami knows this. The whole world, except the FBI knows about the specialist in terrorism Michael S. Clemens. Let us never forget that while Héctor Pesquera was persecuting 5 Cubans who were fighting terrorism, 14 of the 19 Al Qaeda who perpetrated the tragedy on 9/11 were training in his backyard. We all know what happened then... Source: Cubadebate
